How do I change a product's status between Active and Inactive?
On the Products tab, find the colored status pill in the Status column for an Approved (Active or Inactive) product.
Step 1: On the Products tab, find the colored status pill in the Status column for an Approved (Active or Inactive) product.
Step 2: Click the pill — it opens a small dropdown with 'Active' and 'Inactive' options. This dropdown only appears with edit permission, and not at all for 'In review', 'Changes requested', or 'Rejected' products (they show a fixed badge instead).
Step 3: Selecting the other option opens a confirmation dialog first — stop there without confirming.
