In Review: newly submitted, awaiting reviewer approval — a plain non-clickable badge for clinic users. Changes Requested: a reviewer asked for edits before approval — a disabled badge until corrected and resubmitted. Rejected (internally 'unapproved'): the reviewer declined it — a fixed read-only badge; hovering it shows the rejection reason if one was given.
